I did not get the king suite with fireplace & hot tub that I paid for. Was placed in a queen room & was told it was an upgrade. Not! Was by the elevator which was noisy all night & by the highway which also was noisy. Found frozen food in fridge. Not a good booking. Extremely disappointed.

When I booked this hotel it stated it was pet friendly. The room I selected did not state it was not allowing pets.Upon check in we were told no pets allowed in that room so our price increased by $110 for 2 nights. What a shock and disappointment after traveling all day. We felt we had no choice but to pay it. We feel we were taken advantage of plus false advertising as well.
