Super hotel in very convenient location. Excellent facilities and ultra helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend and would be very happy to stay here again. A little difficult to find when we first arrived so get a good map and directions before you go.

It was an okay hotel, definitely enjoyed their breakfast selection. My take is that their staff needs to be informed of Expedia's memver benefits since they post their hotel on the app. I dont like explaining what and why certain things should be done, in terms of benefits, because thats the main idea of me booking through Expedia and not their website.

Great hotel. Walkable to all of the sites that you would want to see. Very convenient, breakfast selction was plentiful with nutritious options. Gym was clean and very useful.

Convenient to Old Town Prague and all its sites. Very comfortable hotel. A few minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and the Rotating Head. Wonderful offerings in the breakfast buffet. Lounge with bar and welcome drinks.

Great hotel . Great location

We had the best stay at Michelangelo Grand hotel. It was a grest locstion to everything. The breakfast was really good such a lot of choice a good set up for the day. The room was comfortable and had a safebox & small fridge cooler also a coffee machine supplied with coffee pods. Most of thd staff were friendly the you g lads on check in could do with learning to smile 😃 We got an early chdck in and our bags were kept for us at check our till we were ready to leave. 100% recommend

Happy times in Prague

Good location room was comfortable had a balcony which was a bonus staff were pleasant and helpful when needed breakfast was fabulous there was definitely something for everyone would definitely stay again.

We liked the breakfast. The gym is fantastic everything you need for a good work out. We liked the location as it was pretty easy to get to a lot of the attractions. We would not agree it was a five star hotel, we did not feel valued as guests. The rooms are small for what they advertised as a suite. The room has everything on 1 floor and the bedroom was on a mezzanine the stairs were ok for us but anyone with a problem climbing stairs would struggle. I did go to the reception to ask if we could move rooms but was shrugged off with a " come back in the morning and we'll see" I didn't bother as I thought they probably wouldn't bother either. We made the choice not to stay at the Michelangelo again if we ever went back to Prague.

We had an excellent five night stay. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. Our room was large, comfortable and very well appointed. It was spotlessly clean and fully maintained daily. Breakfast was above expectations with a very wide choice of hot and cold food. The location was perfect for a short visit with many attractions being within easy walking distance. It was very close to tram stops and a metro station. Although there was no restaurant there was a pleasant bar with very helpful staff for snacks and drinks. Reception provided us with recommendations on where to experience Czech food and drink at reasonable prices. All staff we met were friendly, welcoming and helpful
