This is a beautiful hotel and really good value for money especially compared to Venice and other big tourist cities. We didn’t realise they don’t have Euros in Czechia but card was fine

The staff is just rude and not accommodating. We included in our booking that we would arrive a little early, but they still made us wait until noon even though the room was already available. It’s just not convenient if you’re a traveler coming from another country.

The front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Front desk was very friendly, provided information and was responsive. There is also the eden wellness spa located in the hotel and they were also equally wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good as well.

Hotel itself is nice and clean. Carpet has some smell . Needs thorough cleaning. Front of hotel terrible - beside an abandoned office space ? Nice once you get inside. Close to transportation. Nice staff. Lots of walkable dining options. Would be a big plus once they build the new train hub ( that goes directly to the airport ?).

My wife and I loved this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly both from check in/check out and breakfast service each morning. The breakfast was amazing and one of the best we have ever been to, which included bubbles on entry if that is what you desire when on holidays. The room was just spacious enough for 2 which included a desk, small table and reading chair. The bathroom is a great size with plenty of space. The staff had set up a towel arrangement on the bed for our arrival as we were travelling for our honeymoon which was a great touch. It is a short 10 minute walk to the old town square and well connected by trams with a stop right out the front of the hotel. I would highly recommend The Grandior Hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I thought, it was a pleasant experience staying at Grandior Hotel Prague. The stay, facilities and staff were excellent. The rooms we got were very good, the shower was excellent, however, we thought, the bedding mattres could be improved, another easy chair could have made it comfortable for two people in one room, surprised to see there were no cloth hanging hooks in the bathroom; these little things matter in order to make customers' stay a pleasant memory. The house-maids we met and did our rooms were excellent, good service was provided. As for the meals, we mainly booked for breakfast and attended breakfast each day. We thought every day it appeared to be the same food was served for the customers to choose, however, there was variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and experience.

Recommend

Hotel Grandior was in an excellent situation to visit Prague old town and other places a little further. Tram stops nearby. All staff were attentive and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice to suit every palate. Bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. We ate in hotel twice in evenings and food was excellent.
