Very good lobby area, pool areas, beach bar and snacks. The room needs updating, there was no water to take a shower one day, the air conditioning is very old, there was a problem, a technician was sent but at night it broke again and I had no air. Anyway, the environment is good but the hotel needs renovations.

O resort tem um espaço amplo, localizado proximo ao aeroporto. Muita comida e bebida a vontade. Funcionarios da recepção muito atenciosos. Quanto aos pontos negativos: falta manutenção. Os quarto que fiquei é bem antigo e cheira a mofo. Precisa dr reforma. Chuveiro ruim e alagamento no banheiro apos o banho. A area é muito ampla, mas mal aproveitada. Para ser considerado um resort deveria haver mais opcoes de atividades para adultos também. A praia também é ruim.

Nao aceite o quarto 57 Quarto sujo, cabelos no box, travesseiros ruins, sem luminárias, sem cadeira, mesa e rede na áreas externa. (Todos os outros quartos ao lado tinham tudo isso) Teto do banheiro coberto com material em palha, entram bichos. Parece que me hospedaram como se eu não estivesse pagando, como se fosse um favor. Chuveiro sem água quente, esperei que resolvessem todos os dias, mas ninguém apareceu no quarto. Quarto com vista para piscina, mas a vista na verdade era para uma parede de banheiro. Não recomendo. Não volto.

Barulho excessivo após as 22:00. Banheiro com péssimo sistema de descarga. Comida básica. Conservação do apartamento já demonstra que há necessidade de conservação. Eu não volto. Definitivamente. O que mais se parece um resort é a área da praia que é muito boa, apesar de não saber se havia mais ambulante (importunos) do que hóspedes do Resort…

The hotel estruture was ok. Large hotel very close to the beach. We visit during COVID in April for my birthday. The room we booked was inferior as the one we payed and they didn’t change or refund or money either. Very simple room, bed sheets with old blood stains. My husband planned a surprise cake for me and asked the manager to keep as a secret bringing the cake at a certain time tô be a surprise and 4 of their employees asked me a couple times if the cake was for me destroying the experience. The restaurant food was good but the appetizers were over fried and nasty. The noise was extremely loud during the day. They also allowed some guests to play their own music out loud at night on the pool area and small kids were all over without masks touching the food. The cleaning staff started earlier cleaning the rooms and waking up all guests with their carts yelling to each other on the hallway. We informed the manager about all the inconvenient and they gave us as an apology a sweet treat and still tried to change us for the birthday cake for my birthday that we didi’t eat. Disappointing.

Great staff to manage very limited resources

The pool area is good, but the all inclusive regime offers limited options. The rooms are not really confortable and the air conditioning doesn't fit to the rooms area; the result is a warm room, even if you set the conditioner at max cold. Food quality is fair, but one cannot expect a gastronomic experience. And there is no room service or convenience store. Said so, please don't get hungry after 10 PM.

Qualidade caiu muito comparado ha anos anteriores.

Ja estive no PSPR outras 2 vezes e infelizmente achei que a qualidade caiu bastante. O quarto nao estava bem conservado (colchão velho), não tinha sorvete todos os dias para as crianças, muita fritura que parecia refrito varias vezes, pouca variedade de bebidas e muito desperdicio de copo descartável (antigamente era copos e taças de plastico reutilizavel) a jacuzzi proxima da piscina antigamente tinha agua morna e agora todas as piscinas com agua fria... foi minha terceira e provavelmente ultima estadia no resort. Na epoca indiquei para varios amigos, mas provavelmente nao indicarei mais.

Gosto demais de lá, foi a quinta vez que fui, mas tenho feedbacks.... No almoço e na janta começam a recolher pratos e utensílios cerca de uma hora antes de fechar, tive que pedir garfos, já tinham recolhido 21:15 no jantar, não foi só uma vez. No meu quarto o vaso estava bambo e a torneira com água quente não saia água. Não servem água de coco na praia. Sei que é difícil.... Mas na praia poderia começar a servir bebidas 9h Aquecer um pouco as piscinas seria um diferencial Bifes passados na hora seria perfeito nas refeições. Pontos muitos positivos..... Cocktail de frutas excelentes Água de coco perfeita (já estive em hotel que tinha que jogar fora, parecia perdida) Cerveja sempre em qualquer lugar gelada Pessoas NA MAIORIA cordiais
