1× Queen bed – Second bedroom, sliding doors to the rear deck
2× King single beds – Third bedroom, sliding doors to the rear deck
1× Double sofa bed in the lounge
1× Foldaway single bed
Main bathroom at the end of the hallway serves bedrooms 2 and 3, with shower, vanity, bath, and separate toilet.
Laundry includes washer and dryer.

A hallway from the kitchen and lounge leads to the bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and the formal front door — though most guests prefer the easy access via the rear deck, just steps from the double lock-up garage.

The garage fits two small cars side-by-side or one large vehicle.
Free street parking available. Please do not block neighbouring driveways or workshops.
