room 24 is up 4 flights of stairs from the car park and I had previously contacted the owner stating that my wife had 2 new knees and we would like this taken into consideration, room 24 was at the extreme end of the top floor and after my wife and I went into the room the size of the room was the smallest room in the building. It wasn't wide enough for a bedside table on the window side of the bed and because my wife had to squeeze out of the bed to get up next morning WE decided that we could NOT spend our 2nd night in this hell hole and departed early next morning forsaking our 2nd nights stay. After travelling worldwide for both work and pleasure I can surely say that room 24 is the smallest room that we have EVER stayed in and would recommend that it is ONLY used as a single room.

More like a well appointed hotel room than a motel. Renovations still happening around the grounds, but room was very well done. Undercover parking a bonus. Walking distance to river and centre of town.
