This property does not allow pets, parties or smoking.
Due to this being in a residential area, there is to be a strictly no parties. We request that after 10pm all activity is moved inside as the noise carries across the water and impacts the lives of the neighbours.
This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.
Please note: This property has noise monitors installed. If noise levels exceed acceptable levels, you will be notified. There are also security cameras installed outside to monitor the perimeter of the property for security purposes.
