Amara is located at 6 Wesley Ave and is only a 250m walk to Nobbys Beach and 3.7km to the CBD. This light and airy four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is sure to impress.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and two living areas. At ground level there is a double garage with internal access, two bedrooms both with queen sized beds, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes, a 2nd bathroom, internal laundry and 2nd living area with TV and sofa bed (for if you need to squeeze in that 9th guest).

Located on the upstairs level is the main bedroom containing a queen size bed, ceiling fan and walk in wardrobe and the second bedroom with 2 single beds, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe.

Also located on this level is the main bathroom with separate shower and bathtub and separate toilet. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area has high ceilings and opens onto the front deck and exude a feeling of a relaxed beachy vibe.

Bring your beloved pet along as the dog friendly yard is securely fenced with Nobbys Beach only 250m away which is a "dog off leads" beach.

The property also offers an air conditioner, Webber BBQ and complimentary Wi-Fi and Foxtel.
