This spacious and beautifully styled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed with quality furnishings throughout, offering a true home-away-from-home experience. With flexible bedding options, the property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The expansive open-plan living area invites everyone to relax together, complete with a cosy gas log fireplace. Large sliding stacker doors lead out to a covered entertainment deck the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of Hunter Valley wine at sunset or soak in the views over the landscaped golf course and the 1st Tee.

Rain or shine, entertainment is covered with a separate media room offering surround sound, a Smart TV with Netflix and Blu-ray player, a Wii console with games, an Xbox with games, and a great selection of board games.

Garage is available for use.Driveway can accommodate an
additional 2 vehicles or 3 smaller cars. Extra parking is available on
the street.

Christmas and New Years has a 4 night minimum stay (full house
bookings apply).

I really enjoyed the property. In saying that, the amount of email regarding the book was overwhelming. I must have had at least 8 email . Some wanting information that should be asked at booking.

As a family, we had a wonderful time. With the different spacious areas, we could enjoy family time or break-out into smaller groups or have quite time of required. The property is well equipped with what we needed. We enjoyed all the different tourist attractions in the area that was in close proximity. There are also somethings that could improved:1. Have the keys to the property available at the appointed check-in time. (We had to wait a while to get the keys and could not get access to the property at 2.00 pm).2. For the price we paid, I would expected at lease 2-ply toilet paper and not the cheapest single-ply toilet paper that was provided. This did not reflect the grandeur status of the property.

Fabulous Stay

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the property with 2 families. Separate lounge area for the kids was fantastic and the fireplace was just what we needed. Beds were really comfy too. Awesome kitchen for big groups. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Beautiful and well equipped property

This was the perfect house for our two families. The lounge area with the fireplace was warm and cosy and the entertainment room offered hours of fun The house was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend this property.

A beautiful experience- from booking the property right until check out.

The property is beautiful - very very clean with all the amenities. We were a group of friends and used the kitchen a lot. It is well equipped with dishes etc. the coffee machine was a great addition. The bedrooms are all spacious and the property is spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend this for stay.
