There was no running water. The elevator was broken. The pool pump was broken, so the pool was dirty. Room had a weird smell. Very disappointing.

The room was beautiful, Lorenzo the cleaner was awesome. Front desk Service was not great. Charged me extra when my mom visited, even though the grand junior suite was for 4 people. The pool bar was often not attended. Three days they were using jackhammers in the hotel and didn’t notify us. When we checked out, they didn’t even ask me how my experience was. Customer service was not great, especially for an expensive boutique hotel.

Staff was great! Room was large but cleanliness was a big disappointment. Towels had red/brown spots, grey from washing, some ripped and some tiny. Additionally, the shower head was extremely dirty and rusty. Water pressure was terrible and temperatures kept shifting. Location was ok but not the best. I would recommend for someone on a budget, but I myself would not return there.

Overall clean room for Mexican standards, missing some amenities for the kitchen like dishwashing soap & sponge. Hot water on & off throughout the stay, but they accommodated us by proposing another room for our hot showers, inconvenience to step out of the room each time. Well situated near a great gym, restaurants, beach & 5th avenue. Big room great for a family of 3 or 4. Breakfast & restaurant staff very friendly.

The main issue which was not communicated was that the front of hotel was undergoing major road construction.Being that i had a lot of luggage it was a big inconvenience,i had to walk 2 blocks to get a taxi .Along with the noise of jackhammers late into the night ,my stay was less than comfortable

There was construction in the street until late at night - later than 10 PM. We didn’t have hot water to shower. The room was only equppiedcwith a large knife - no other utensils. No complimentary coffee in the room- only a maker. Positive: The location is good they have parking.

Visiting with hotel for a third time. Just love it ! The staff is very caring, paying attention to every little detail! The rooms are modern and spotless! The location is great, and all stores and restaurants step away. 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommended! Thanks to general manager Jorge de la Luz!
