Very loud nightclubs across the street that blasts music until 2:30am most nights but other than that I had a really nice time. The rooftop pool was very peaceful. Water pressure in the shower was great too!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and in a really convenient area. Breakfast is very light and simple, more like quick toast, pastries and fruit so you’ll need something heavier later. But great stay.

Nice strategic place to stay, nice staff. Only downside was the local very loud (shook the building) night club noise until 2 am every night.

The hotel is very cute. Really close to every thing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach at about 10 minutes walking distance. Basic free continental breakfast. The biggest downside for me was the noise! The rooms are not insulated at all. You will be “in the club” ALL NIGHT! Loud is not the word. For me that was terrible! Did not have a good night sleep since I got here. If you need quiet to sleep, DO NOT COME HERE!

The hotel was very cute. It had a beautiful courtyard full of lush plants, and a nice rooftop patio. Very convenient location. Close to 5th Ave. Steps from the grocery store, restaurants, night clubs and the beach. The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely Boutique Hotel, but…

This was a beautiful boutique hotel very conveniently located to Fifth ave and the beaches. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the roof top loungers and small pool. It was only 3 ft deep, but great for a cool down. They had breakfast available but only until 10:00, and that was about when I woke up. And that was because of the club across the street. Music was excessively loud until 2:00, Friday and Saturday were always louder. And that is why breakfast should be available until noon. Hotel should also provide guests with ear plugs! Great laundry located next door and very economical. Highly recommend if you are prepared for late nights.

This is a beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops on 5th Avenue and close to beach. Nice terrace and swimming pool. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Great hotel, exceptional service. Easily the best hotel we've stayed at in Mexico. The room was perfect. The rooftop pool space was a peaceful alternative to the busy and windy beach.

Simpel stay

If you have problem with noise, then do not book. Nezt door is bar with loud music till 03:00am. Hotel has nice roof pool. Breakfast is very simple. But room is big and lots of kitschen equipment.

A great littlle budget hotel. Close to everything. Rooms are spacious and have lots of luttle extras like fridge, coffee pods, nice toiletries. Big beds and well cleaned. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Nice light breakfast included and lovely sitting areas. The only downside is completely out of the hands of the hotel is the very noisy club across the road ooen tilll 3am every night. If you are going to ve staying for longer than a nght or two defintely request a high floor at the back of the proerty. The staff were so helpful i accomodating a change of roomfor me after the first 2 nights.

The staff was very friendly, the property was charming and the location was super convenient, but in front of the hotel was a small gay bar with HUGE musicWe have to stay there for 3 nights.... We told the staff there, but there was nothing they could do. The staff gave us earplugs and these small things help
