Book Pinson hotels

The hotel looked a little older than I imagined but still very beautiful & eclectic. Amazing staff from the valet to the housekeepers, always willing to help and kept a smiling face. The valet/ doorman worked hard and stayed busy, but I didn’t hear any complaints. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. Only one elevator worked at the time of our stay and the stairwell was a little shady looking. The working elevator usually took a while and shook a little when moving. The only thing we didn’t really like, please be aware that valet is not 24/7 and we were unable to get our vehicle during a time that we needed it but overall a nice stay. If we decide to stay here again, it will only be due to the amazing staff. Give them all raises! Thank you guys for helping to make our weekend special!

Lovely

I gave my stay 4 stars. The room was clean and bed were comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the sink was clogged so the water would not drain properly without pulling the stopper out exposing what was clogging it (hair/spit, etc. it was disgusting) and the water pressure was great but it would only get luke warm. No hot water.

Missing pillows. Missing light bulb. Understaffed. The room seemed clean. The one employee there was super friendly and helpful. He got me pillows. The poor guy was there when I arrived at 11pm and still there when I left at 7am. The hotel was totally sold out so that was probably the reason for the issues. The room cost less than $100 for the night so all in all it really wasn’t bad to be honest.

The breakfast did not have the quantity to accommodate the amount of guests. Several items ran out and could not be restocked. Omelets were made to order but the ingredients weren't available. The juices were watered down. The glasses were dirty. There was a shortage of plates and utensils.

Breakfast was great! So many options.
