Found a live roach by the AC unit. Toilet hardly has enough suction to flush. Hotel room door had a large gap under it.

Most terrible experience in my life

We got two rooms. My son‘s room had burn marks cigar burns on the blankets and the mattress. My room had dead stink bugs on the windowsills on the floor. The pillowcases were dusty, yellow horrible. The toilet paper was being held in the restroom with the red pen so we’ve got moved to two rooms other rooms During the night it rained my son‘s room rained came in on the bed. They had no other available rooms so he requested his money back slept in the truck couldn’t find any room and in the state we were at we couldn’t get towels for two days. It was a horrible experience and we will never return. A man came in yelling because the Uber hadn’t gone to pick them up at the airport not the Uber the people at the hotel he had to get an Uber to come pick up his car stating that was a rat infested place no good. He said no good at that point my grandson got scared. We packed up and we left. I still have not got my refund. I would totally like a whole refund, but at least my deposit would be nice. I’m still waiting on that.

I had called the morning of check in to see if I could get an early check in. The clerk who answered said that we could come at 2pm for a check in. When I arrived, the front desk clerk said that no rooms would be ready until 3:30. We asked if we could use the restroom but we were told there were no restrooms for guests. The building was clean but rundown. My spouse got up early to go get coffee/tea but the worker wouldn't allow him entrance because he didn't have a ticket. No one shared with us that we needed to have a ticket. Later in the morning, we were able to get tickets but by the time we got there the breakfast items were limited and pretty picked over. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The check in staff was not very friendly, the swimming pool was supposed to be open but it was not open. The hot buffet breakfast was nothing! This lady just came in and said " ticket please" but she did not bring any food out. TV channels would go in and out. I would not recommend staying here. We were very disappointed. Whoever did their painting did a very poor job!

I booked a room with two beds. When checking in I was informed that they no longer had a room with two beds even though that is what was booked. They offered what I thought was a bed and a pull out couch, but that was not accurate at all. It was just a couch. The guy checking us in said he would send up bedding that never came. When we got to the room the room keys did not work, so we had to be reassigned to another room. When we attempted to call later that evening because no bedding was sent up: ALL phone lines gave a busy signal including front desk, house keeping, room services, and any other line we tried. I called the hotel number from my cell and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. So the other person went down to ask for bedding and was told that they are not allowed to give out bedding at the front desk and to have a back and forth exchange with them to get the bedding. TERRIBLE!

Worst stay ever.

This hotel was nasty when we arrived. We had dirty towels and they only gave us one face towel, but there were three people in the room and it was a double bedded room also when we requested for fresh towels the next day, they stated that they did not have any towels. There is no vents in the bathroom toilets wouldn’t flush. We had to flush them three times. The handle in the tub was broke. We had to make the broken handle work to cut the water on and off. Phones would not work at all. Hallway was hot tried to cut on the air conditioner. It would not work in the hallway. No ice machines worked in the entire building. Had to go to customer service. We were actually miserable the whole time we were there and ready to come home.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired

The rooms were small with the bathroom being tiny! The linens however were very nice and clean. If you wanted fresh towels or room service you had to notify the front desk. The breakfast (which was included) left a lot to be desired.

When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available even though we made a reservation. We were told if you’re not here by four it is an We were told if you’re not here by four it is a first come first serve basis, regardless if you have a reservation. After looking and no hotels in a 40 mile radius with availability I was final told there was a room. When we arrived in the room it was trashed. Looked like it hadn’t been clean in forever. Trash, what appeared to be blood , dirty laundry including clothes nasty beds…. I went down to the front office and was told there was nobody to clean my room and that I could just leave if I did not want it. This is not even worth a 1 rating. Hotel is absolutely disgusting and CheapTickets should separate from listing this property.

Although checking in went smoothly, I'm not satisfied with the quality of this hotel. There is s very stale odor, cigarette burn holes on the covers and pillow cases, flying roaches (water bugs in the hotel), a crack in the tub, just very outdated. Totally not what I was expecting. Very disappointed
