Close to the mall. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Actually the way the workers make us feel special is the main reason we always stay here when we are in Cebu.

Hotel was well-maintained and clean. Staff were nice. Upon check out, I saw a sign that we can check out earlier. This should have been mentioned upom checking in to avoid traffic when guests check out, or there should be signs inside the rooms about this. Otherwise, our stay was very memorable and we will definitely be back soon.

It wa a short overnight stay for me, but I wnjoyed my stay there so much that I will stay at The Bai hotel during my next visit to Cebu. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The service was excellent and the breakfast was even better than I could have asked for. Thank you Bai Hotel for making my stay a happy one.

There’s a mall that is almost attached to this hotel that is undergoing construction. No noise complaints from that, just makes the walk next door a little wonky.
