The hotel is absolutely stunning - old world, character, and nice size rooms. Love all of that! However, there were a number of disappointments: Outlets didn’t work House phone didn’t work to order room service Faucet in bathroom wouldn’t shut off Ran out of towels because staying there 4 days room got cleaned once Other than that- nice hotel Parking charges are RIDICULOUS

our ac in our first room wasn’t working so we sent maintenance to come fix it they couldn’t, so they moved us into another room that second room the shower was leaking it smelled like mildew! we were also on a very noisy floor. i’m pregnant and didn’t have good experience at all.
