It was alright for the one night stay that me and my family did however i rented two rooms one for me and my wife and one room for my nephew and niece and my two kids and in my room me and my wife found Piercing needle and the ceiling tile above ours fell down

Easy parking. Staff was nice. I toilet didn't work so they just moved us to anroom. The new room had a broken towel rack but no big deal. The hot tub was really dirty. This hotel was okay. Staff was great but the hotel does need some maintenance done.

Definitely not as nice as advertised. Got here and i didnt get the king room i reserved with the jacuzzi tub, the bunkbed in the room had no pillows or blankets, the lazy river DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TUBES TO FLOAT IT! Makes no sense to me. The heater was out in the regular indoor pool so it was ice cold, the hottub jets were broke. Hallway carpets are nasty and half the decorative lights didnt work. The advertised pictures might of been what this place once was... Definitely not what it is now. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Nice place for quick affordable getaway

We booked this for a little family getaway….yes it’s a older hotel but you see that they are in process of them updating it which looks to be nice so far.. the lazy river was somewhat heated but the indoor pool was not..but didn’t bother kids either way they was happy. I did see them delivering food but we didn't go to eat the breakfast. Beds were somewhat comfortable…overall pretty happy with it and would book to stay again

Wouldn’t have payed that much for the stay, heated pool was not heated at all, lazy river was warmer then the pool, hot tub was warm, outside pool didn’t have chairs, to much chlorine in the water, pool could use some cleaning, the room was ok out of date, the phone was not working, didn’t have a tv remote in the room had to call for one, the window to the balcony has cloud on it, had to ask for towels and even then didn’t get nothing so I had to stop the maid myself

The hotel should be condemned! It is disgustingly dirty, filthy!!! Looked like it had never been cleaned with dirt, scum, chipped up stairs and everything was banged in, broken or just gross! There were cockroaches in our room! There is no breakfast, kitchen area, vending machines etc! The game room was too disgusting to even walk in! Hair dryer that was attached to the wall didn’t work, took forever to get a new one and when I did it was another hairdryer that needed to be attached to the wall, but they didn’t do that so it couldn’t be used! I seriously can’t even begin to describe how filthy this place is! The pillows were also disgusting and weirdly shaped, the towels were not white they were a dingy grey color and the ceilings had stains all over! Expedia’s pictures are fake- looks NOTHING like their pictures!

Good price, wonderful stay

My fiancé and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. We booked the king size room with the large tub and it was so amazing! The only issue we experienced was the public hot tub downstairs with the rest of the indoor pools was dirty and the main indoor pool was not heated like advertised. But there were signs stating they are in the process of reservations. Overall, the price was very good, plus we had a wonderful trip and plan to return to this hotel for our next trip to Pigeon Forge (potentially our honeymoon!)

Please don't stay here.

The furniture is outdated and stained. Couch had a hole in arm. Bed was lopsided, then morning found a bed bug and I hightailed out of there.

Beware of hotel

Very unclean the air conditioner look like it had mold and the toilet had mold. It had dirty needles on the shelf housekeeping definitely did not properly clean the room. There was a used shot glass with a lipstick stain on it also found in the room! Would not recommend staying here

We stayed for my husbands birthday weekend/ our honeymoon as well. It’s definitely not what you see in the pictures but it was decent for what we paid. When we first got there I was excited to get in the jet tub in our room but when I turned it on it would not turn off but they did send maintenance guy quickly and fixed it fast. The housekeeper does a terrible job so we definitely did not leave a tip. We wanted a balcony to sit and relax but they did not have private dividers so when we went out there it was like sitting on a porch with strangers plus ur neighbors could climb right over it so we had to make sure our balcony door stayed locked. The indoor jacuzzi and heated pool was not it was freezing so that was disappointing. Other than that overall it was a good stay.
