Not worth a second stay.

The room we stayed in was cleanish. When you opened the door yes, it looked clean, but when you looked down at the floor it looked like somebody walked through with muddy boots and the floor was so sticky and nasty that your feet stuck to the floor and you had to wear shoes, there were holes in the wall.The bathroom toilet bearly flushed then ran for 5 min before stopping. There was only one elevator that worked and the front desk person was very unsympathetic, to the lack of mobility of my husband. I don't expect places to change their ways because of his issues. But I do I think that a little empathy would go a long way. There was not an elevator close to the room where the breakfast was served, so we did not try the food.

Clean but older hotel in need of updating. Hallway carpets stained and worn. Room a little better. Bed comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub cloudy. Will not be staying there again. Front desk reps were nice and helpful.

This property is very old. Needs updates and improvements. Very strong perfume smell throughout all the hallways. Would definitely pay a little more to stay at a nicer hotel next time. Pics on website are deceiving

Great service. Love the lazy river and the hot tub. Close enough to the island to walk to it. Breakfast was good. The rooms are a little out dated but they are in the middle of remodeling the hotel. For the price you cannot beat it. Beds are comfortably and the rooms are very clean.

The indoor pool area needed updating and the elevator needs attended to. Carpets needed vacuumed when turn down service is being done and shampooing in between customer stays. My 1yr old is crawling n her hands n knees were filthy from crawling in our room.

This hotel needs to be close down, the hotel stinks really bad, the doors are all rusted, the bed had stains all over it, smelled disgusting, the hot tub didn’t work and had mold all around the button and the carpet. The pool had peeled paint all around it and the water was dirty. The elevator didn’t work on our side of the hotel, had to walk. We stayed twenty minutes and checked out.

Room smelled musty, the shower curtain rod was pulling out of the wall so water went everywhere. They skipped our room 2 days in a row for housekeeping. Overall not impressed at all. Very old and outdated. Only thing that was good was the price.
