The towels were yellow, the floors were as dirty as outside, blood stains still on the pillow case and sheets. PLEASE do NOT get a room here. There have also been reports of bed bugs in the past.

We had a clean room the staff were exceptional the breakfast was fantastic we stayed 7 days and had a wonderful time. If there were any issues they were handled very quickly and it will definitely be where we stay in Pigeon Forge when we visit. A very good deal for the money and the pool area is clean just a little outdated but they are in the process of renovating the hotel so very understandable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The bed was flat and very overused! The blankets had stains. The floors are dirty and stained. The pool smelled horrible! We put up with everything and ended up having to leave a day early for a family emergency and the hotel refused to refund our one night and that was ok with us but they ended up double charging us for our complete stay and adding a early check out fee! Hotels.com wouldn’t help us, they said they couldn’t reach the hotel! Save your money and stay somewhere cleaner!

I’m not one to leave reviews. But I don’t want others to be disappointed among arrival. Lobby looks great, staff were very nice. However the room was pretty pitiful. In fact we left and did not stay the night as planned. It smelled terrible in the room. Like instantly we all were sickened by the smell. My kids begged to leave and find another room. Unfortunately I booked late and it was non refundable but I decided to take the kids. Also the pool area was basically flooded. Lesson learned

The entire building needs deep cleaning and repairs. The swimming pool area is terribly damaged and molded. The floors and walls are filthy. The bathroom looks unsafe with brinks and walling coming off. Terrible Condition!

The Park Tower hotel is centrally located in easy to find inconvenient to everything in pigeon Forge. The hotel is under major renovation and much of the interior hallways and facilities were in some stage of renovation. The pool, hot tub and lazy river area was all functional and working good Front desk is helpful when checking in and checking out. Room was a good size with two large queen beds everything was functional TV was good. Heat was very good as it kept the room nice and warm in the cold winter season really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. They had a nice selection of food, hot scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle machine, fresh, hot coffee, and juices. I certainly a great benefit at this hotel, hopefully the hotel will finish it renovations and get things looking good and back up to snuff sometime in the future.

I understand the hotel is being remodeled but cleaning should be a top priority. A Deep cleaning needs to be done to carpets, walls and doors and the mini fridges should always be checked during a cleaning because we found melted ice-cream sandwiches in the freezer. Balcony was nice but one chair was falling apart. After the remodel I would gladly return because the location is great.

We booked this hotel with 3 rooms for one night, and I have to say it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the best. The pool/lazy river was disappointing, dirty and needs to be deeply cleaned. The rooms were okay, but nothing special. I don’t normally stay in hotels when in this area, but since we decided to extend our stay this was a spur of the moment decision. I personally would not stay again.
