Room was quite small but clean and modern. Unfortunately had issues with the toilet running nonstop so the first hour and half of my booking was spent with someone from the maintenance team in my room. Further, I had a staff member enter my room unannounced while I was existing the shower. I believe they had the wrong room but it was a horrible experience, thankfully my husband was there.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, museums, and the botanical gardens. Go to the gardens. With that said hotel was a BIG disappointment. Nothing majestic about it. Make sure to document the mini bar when arriving. Was accused of drinking a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Agreed to not charge us, but still accused of drinking them. Front desk staff became passive aggressive.

Ideal location. Room was comfortable and fairly spacious. Could not see much point of the roof garden, no bar, no facilities. Gym was closed entire stay. Restaurant was only open Thursday to Saturday, no other refreshment facilities on site.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and informative. Room very clean and spacious with kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Great location close to shopping and restaurants and car preparing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Room and hotel were ok, but the Management is poor. I stayed for 4 nights, booked and paid for 4 days parking. When i left the Car Park, I had to pay $68 to exit. When i went back to the hotel to show them and have the $68 refunded there was a myriad of excuses but wouldn't refund the additional amount I had to pay The Manager couldn't be less interested in resolving it. After wasting nearly half an hour got a partial refund. the amount wasn't substantial, but the lack of assistance was. They need to do better
