Room had bars at top of wall looked like something used to hang there ac didn’t work that well there was an unpainted spot on the wall where they recently patched it but never painted it tiles were pushed up in the bathroom ceiling over all a bd experience beds had metal frames you would kick when walked up to the bed very small rooms management very strick sign on pool says dry off real good in pool area cause if to much water on walkways they would shut down pool has safety hazard at pool with water hose running from wall across pool deck into the pool

the hotel was convenient to the things in the area, but did not have breakfast or a working phone in the room incase of an emergency. The hotel area could have been a little cleaner, they had old appliances sitting on the balcony and in the stairway. The elevator smelled like urine. I did like the idea of having 2 separate bedrooms within 1 room.

Comfortable bed to sleep

The bed was very comfortable! The air conditioner was right on. The room was updated...just needed minor fixes like electrical outlet by sink needs to be replaced. And would be nice to have a end table with lamp by the chairs.

I don’t even know where to start. This hotel is so outdated and dirty, they first had to change our room because the first one had broken furniture and blood on the wall. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and they didn’t even have a place to hang our clothes. The parking so terrible we had to park in the bank next door and we had to make sure we were gone before the bank opened. There was a ton of cobwebs on the ceiling. I hate that this hotel is in such bad shape? It is in a great location and the staff are very nice and helped us all they could.

I booked thru expedia a double room with 2 queen beds..they moved us to a single room with 2 double beds..staff rude..indoor pool water was green. Room had alot of patched areas an not painted. No hair dryers or breakfasts as advertised. Very street noisy. The price you pay you expect better. Never going back

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Dirty bathroom with rust and holes in ceiling. Heard a mouse or rat running around at night. We had a 3 bedroom unit with 6 adults and they wanted to charge extra for more than 2 room keys. They also only provided 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 adults (4 women) for a 3 day stay and got mad at us when we asked for more because we were out of toilet paper. They tried to just give us 1 roll and I insisted on at least 2 rolls and then they got really mad and one of them followed me upstairs on the elevator. I wish I could upload the pictures of this rat trap so you can see how turkey awful it was.

The hotel Mountain vista inn was the worse hotel I've ever been in. The rooms are filthy, the beds had hair and dirt o. The sheets and mattresses, the pool water was brown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds are also the most uncomfortable bed ever.

Not recommended

Extremely disappointed to the point my family had to consider finding another hotel. The room was filthy—stained sheets and a terrible smell. It was clear that housekeeping had not done a thorough job. I expected better cleanliness for the price. I do not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their standards.
