Beautiful place in a convenient location!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! We had a minor inconvenience the first day and the staff went over and above to take care of us. Having the shops and multiple things to do, and restaurants all within walking distance was awesome. Definitely do valet. It was very easy and convenient to text them when we needed our car. The location is really close to Dollywood also. The property winds around The Island and has several elevators that you can come out of to avoid walking to the front desk to exit which is so nice. Everyone we encountered was extremely nice! There is very slow to non-existent WiFi while walking on The Island, so buy online tickets at the hotel before leaving. Overall we were all so happy with our stay!

The front desk gentleman was excellent. We stayed here on our way to and from our trip to South Carolina for my sons military graduation. He gave us all the information about amenities of the hotel and what restaurants were still open because we arrived later in the evening. So refreshing to meet someone who smiles when you arrive and friendly to chat with.

We were very disappointed in the room one of the beds had hair the mattress and I feel the rooms can be cleaned better. We also stayed on the creek side and it was so noisy. The Goose were loud all through the night and we had no sleep. Good location but disappointed in the hotel.

I first want to say even if you book through Experian you still get the complimentary perks. The resort fees came up to $71 when checking in. The location is perfect, close to everything. Last June we stayed on the opposite end a traffic was horrible. We arrived and had dinner at the chill & bar at the location. Food was really good and waitress was attentive. Only thing is we weren’t warn about the added gratuity but no biggie just surprised. Room is spacious we got a standard room with two queen beds.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family was in town for a soccer tournament. We loved the hotel--it was exceptionally clean and the rooms were comfortable and cozy, especially having a fireplace in the room to enjoy. The location was perfection for what we were looking for--located right on The Island, there was plenty of dining options and fun attractions for the kids. Would absolutely stay again!
