Room was not clean. The first time I have ever had to wash my feet off before getting in bed! This is unfortunate since we liked the location and front desk workers. Parking is tight with a slope in areas but they have a side lot that is flat. Would not chance staying there again because of the dirty floors that had not been cleaned in awhile.

The rooms are small and not very clean. The walls are VERY THIN and you can hear everything. We did not sleep at all. You could hear people in the halls, doors slamming all night long, kids screaming and crying and our neighbors alarm. We asked to be moved to another floor and the front desk stated that we would have to check out and check back in at 3. We did so only to have them move us 3 doors down! The floors are sticky, the tub was greasy or slimy and fixtures had stains in them. The air conditioner froze is out at night, even though it was set on 72 or 74 it kept cooling until it was 68. The wifi was slow and kept dropping and the TV was terrible. Also, there isn't a blanket on the bed, just a coverlet that is as thin as the sheets. We left early but be aware that if you do they do not refund you. We cut our losses and left. This was marketed as a luxury hotel but it was not. I would save your money and go somewhere else honestly.

Hotel seems to still be under renovation. There were a lot of construction sounds and terrible paint smells in the hallways. The walls are incredibly thin (more so than usual hotel thin walls). The fireplace didn't work properly. The parking lot is small and packed every day with a very steep entrance. Called and asked for more towels and was told "Ooh that will be a hot minute." We never received any.

I paid Over $400 a night for two nights at a so called luxury Hotel. A Hampton Inn is a luxury hotel compared to LeBlanc. Unreported construction going on, breakfast paid down. Big gouges our the wall, leaky ice machines, smell of paint though the hall. Arrived to find the faux wood floor stickly and filthy. Asked they clean while we went to dinner. Came an pushed the dirt around but still nasty and sticky. Wife's socks turned black walking across the floor one time. Brought us towels and took our trash but didn't clean anymore and didn't make the bad. Can't recommend this place and would never consider staying again. It was so bad I'm contacting Brad LeBlanc at Best Western directly. He has a brand issue.

Not bad for the price. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night, breakfast was decent. Cons: Wi-Fi is poor. It kept disconnecting and the TV operates off WiFi apparently because it kept freezing as well. Cell (5G) is horrible during the day in the area due to the number of people on the network so not having a steady WiFi is troublesome (unless you don’t have work to stay connected to then your good). Second- the sink and tub was horribly slow to drain. We requested them to check our shower drain however no one came. Last, the rolling office chair in our room was assembled wrong so sitting and leaning forward to tie shoes resulted in almost being tipped out of it.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A good breakfast was provided daily. The hotel is located near shopping and restaurants. The only downside is that the parking is tight for large vehicles. Would stay here again.

They messed up our reservations and told us the manager called us because they didn’t have the room we booked. (Why? Yet didn’t call) and we cancelled our room. Said our card was declined yet charged our card! Started a new booking for friends but to start a new booking for us would be $200 more! Busy weekend and many places full, they really left us in a terrible bind. Will never stay there!

This hotel is on a property that is too small for the building. The parking is very limited, as it is mostly underneath the building which is supported by 3 foot diameter concrete posts on a side hill. The posts take up a lot of space from the parking spaces. We stayed for 6 nights. There is basically no ventilation in the rooms. It was a hot week ( high 80’s ). We went out for the day and set the a/c at 68. When we got back around 11 pm the room was as damp as a cave. The bedding was wet and the clothes in our suitcases were wet when we unpacked at home 6 days later. We tried the breakfast on 2 days. It is basic and was short of most items with an hour left to go. The front desk staff are friendly enough but the cleaning staff were too busy on their phones to even apologize when they hit your legs with the laundry cart getting off the elevator. We had stayed here 2 years ago because it is convenient to walk to the LaConte center, and that was why we chose it again. We will not be back.
