Super noisy. The rooms are fine and great location, however you cannot sleep the road noise is super loud. It’s like the freeway is driving through your room

Not enough Handicap parking. This hotel is not handicap friendly if you are traveling alone. Limited parking can cause you to have to park down a slope that is only accessible by stairs.

Check in was efficient and front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and stocked with all necessities (towels, toilet paper, toiletries like shampoo & conditioner and body wash). Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. We did not utilize the pools but they are on the smaller side and looked a little green-ish but we did use the hot tub which was relaxing. I would definitely stay at this property again due to it’s convenient location on the parkway and to the Island shops/attractions.

Great stay! Clean, festive and convenient property in a very fun area with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Perfect for our family getaway and a trip to Dollywood. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming, friendly, and helpful from checking in at the front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. Great value as well. I'd stay again!
