The hotel was spotless and smelled amazing as soon as you walk in. I get the parking woes but we were lucky enough to get a spot out front every day. The room was super clean and they thoughtfully fulfilled my request for a higher floor cause my daughter thinks it’s cool. Comfy bed. Good hot shower, and we loved the in room kurieg with in room liquid creamer packs. Heated pool was open till midnight and my family loved that. Breakfast was mostly ok but we got down at 730 ish the sausage and eggs were cold and the potatoes could’ve been cooked longer and were also cold. My daughter enjoyed the waffles though and the cereal and the area was clean and nice. I had called before booking and almost did not book because the woman on the phone was rude and in my opinion and unprofessional as well as hung up on me, though I did get the info I needed. When we got there they were so sweet the two people working and informative and professional. The woman who I had spoken to on the phone however was down there the next morning and as I was packing up and trying to get out the room (we had a gymnastics meet and it was a busy morning preparing after a long drive) I was alone trying to collect everything as my fam was already at the meet. At 11 the phone rings. Now I know it’s check out time but it was 11 -11:01 and she calls and says “are you checking out today?” That’s so rude imo. I was doing my best to get down there but 1 minute after 11 bothered me.

The pool is ok, breakfast was nice. However, the road traffic, staff and loud children made it way too noisy to even sleep. There is no soundproofing for rooms, you hear every car that drives by in Pigeon Forge no matter the hour.
Room was clean, comfortable bed, window and balcony face the road.
Plenty of towels and pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap included.
Pool& hot tub open 8 am until midnight.

Great location. Very nice room. We had a 7th floor view of the island. Large TV that was mounted high of the wall and easy to see. Very nice shower head. Breakfast tasted much better that most hotels!
