Door had to be slammed to lock, bugs noticed, shower dirty, AC did not work. Would have not even stayed first night but got to hotel after being at Dollywood rather late and had no option! Left early next morning but hotel stated refund had to come through Expedia

Soon as I got to my room had to be moved due TV didn't work frig leaked water all over floor. I got to my other room started finding cig butts. I have never seen it where the pool was never shut down people swimming all night a that's ok but when I got to the pool next day beer bottle caps everywhere with cig butts to go with it. The cig butts were in the pool. The pool didn't look clean. This place has gone down hill. I have been here before and love it not this time. Who is running this place? Where is the help? I saw only one person cleaning on my side and she was working hard. I don't think I want to go back until they clean this place up/. Thank you

Worst experience ever!

Cologne from staff was choking when greeted at reception, within a few minutes of entering the room there was a roach climbing on the ceiling, the door lock was loose and my husband had to use his pocket knife to tighten it, the bathtub nob was coming off the wall, the bathroom door is falling apart at the bottom, no wash clothes provided, just 3 small towels barley big enough to cover a toddler, ironing board with no iron, the swimming pool was tinted green and cloudy, the onsite restaurant looks like it's being used for storage, the bed was hard, the pillows were extremely lumpy like they have gone through the wash too many times. I know the staff cannot control what everyone does when they stay here, but heads up for parents or people who don't want to be around it, the hallways on the 1st floor and 3 Rd floor stink to high heaven like weed. Not a family friendly environment! Overall this was a horrible experience and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

The front desk clerk was very helpful. He even tried bringing me a remote for the the TV and checking cables. The TV did not work in the room I was in. Something with the WIFI not working nor was there cable for the TV. The room did not even have a remote for the TV. Before staying in room 104 and expecting TV, check first. Plus there are no ice buckets in the rooms. You are given a plastic bag of ice.

First room we checked into the door didn't close at the bottom, there was hair on bed, the blankets had stains. The second room we got was cleaner but the microwave didn't work. The floors were dirty. The pool was green.

It was absolutely nasty, had roaches crawling everywhere, it was hot the air conditioner wasn’t cool, the elevator stinks and was very hot! Y’all need to gut all those rooms start over it was nasty, if nothing else just be clean, there’s no way we could stay there again. BE CLEAN!!!

Don't waste your money

We arrived and had already paid for the room but were asked to pay an additional $75 deposit. Supposedly this will be refunded...we shall see. The first room we were assigned had an old, broken refrigerator, no microwave, no towels, a broken toilet and inoperable shower. There were also no linens on the bed. When we went back to the desk, the clerk wanted us to wait in the room for maintenence to fix all of the issues. I told her that was not acceptable and that we would like a different room. She then assigned us a room on the first floor, but let us know the "wi-fi on the first floor is sketchy." It was. That room had no washcloths, and during our stay we kept finding live roaches. The stay was really not worth the savings.

We didn’t like anything!!!!! The room was smoked in looked like someone kicked the door in and service was horrible. The man at the front desk was beyond rude and hateful

Awful

Absolutely horrible. I don’t know how this place passes inspections. The first room they checked us into had no power to the television, the alarm clock or the phone. The only light that worked in the room was the bathroom light. Went to the desk to ask for a different room and they didn’t act surprised at all. They moved us to a room with no deadbolt on the door and no cover over the battery pack on the door. My mom was in the room next door, and in her room, the electrical switch was being held up with tape. We checked in a little before midnight and were supposed to stay two nights, but we checked out the next morning. They did refund us for second night, but as we were describing the condition to them, their response was literally “it is what it is.”
