All feather pillows and feather quilt but they switched them out for me since I’m allergic. The pool had some sort of black mold looking stuff on the pool deck…that’s why I rated lower for cleanliness but rooms were nice and clean and breakfast bar kept clean. Kind of heavy lids on the food if you ask me… not sure why those were chosen as the containers for a buffet.. you basically had to use two hands to dish up and that felt germy to me..then no sanitizer in the hand sanitizer thing on the wall by the breakfast either. My only other complaint would be the pool was filled with people screaming “Marco Polo!” At the top of their lungs and completely ruined the one relaxing day by the pool I was hoping to get. I even made a special trip to the store to buy a suit since I forgot to pack one and then was only at the pool about 10 mins because that was so loud..both adults and kids also cannonballing into the pool with tidal wave like splashes that splashed others in their chairs… very poor pool etiquette and nobody doing anything about it. Other than that, I enjoyed being in my room 2 nights. Location was good and close to restaurants and shops.

The Hyatt is a wonderful place to stay. I have stayed there several times, and will continue to do so if I am in that area. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is excellent a variety of foods. Staff are also very friendly. It’s a wonderful place to stay

Loved my stay! The only thing I have a small complaint about was that they accept pets here and someone in the adjacent room had check in and left there dog in the room and left for 1-2 hours and the dog was just wining and barking the whole time and within that time I could really relax like I wanted to! Thankfully they came back and it was all peaceful thru out the night sleeping!
