The room was very nice. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was as good as any hotels. BUT the beds were terrible, I felt like I was sleeping, correction laying on a box spring as there wasn't much sleep going on. Woke up with a terrible back ache. I traveled on business for 16 yrs. and although I could stay at any hotel I wanted to I always stayed at Hamptons because they had the best beds. Not this one.

There was NO water in the shower. The girl at the front desk didn't seem to care or do anything about it. It was very important for my MIL to take a shower before her surgery. I was told by the front desk twice that they would call me back and maybe have us use a different room to shower. I never received a call. The manager said he would give us some honors credit, which I appreciate. I went back 3 hours later, after she went to surgery and there still wasn't any water. The room was nice, and clean. Just upset that the front desk didn't do ANYTHING to help us.
