Pros:Location! Stayed here for a conference it was an easy 7 min walk. Chase Field was 15 mins. Tons of restaurants nearby as well.Price! Incredibly reasonable pricing for a studio apartment in this area. Half the price of hotels.Cleanliness. It was super clean, smelled nice, and outside of some mold on the bottom of the shower (needs a deep clean) was excellent.Cons: ZERO hot water from 6am-10am daily. No hot showers all 3 mornings. I contacted the host twice, my wife talked directly to concierge once. Unfortunately didn’t fix the issue. It seems so many people using the shower in the mornings that the water heater can’t keep up.Bed Comfort: both the mattress and pillows need a serious upgrade. Mattress reminded me of a futon I crashed on in college and pillows are about the same quality.Overall a good experience and you cannot beat the location. But sleep came in fits because of the mattress and the cold shower was not the way I wanted to start my day. Could easily be a home run 5 star property with an upgraded mattress, pillows, and hot water but I’m still crabby from lack of sleep and cold plunges to start my day.

the downtown location had many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and was 5 minute walk from the Phoenix convention center. the light rail station is right outside the door, giving excellent transit access from the airport and within the city. the host is very responsive and very hospitable. check in and out was a breeze! the room was very clean, very stylish, and my view was great for a downtown unit. Excellent stay!
