Worth the price

We went to a big collegiate volleyball tournament and this hotel was very nice and very close and convenient to the convention center. Staff and accommodations were great. Nice restaurants both high end and quick eats are available. Both had excellent food for being in the hotel. Great experience overall.

Very pretty place for the area it’s in and everyone was super nice and friendly but everything is dusty the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall the safe in the room didn’t work after putting some of my belongings in there shower took ages to get warm, overall it was a nice place just a lot of little things wrong add up.

The hotel needs an onsite breakfast option. A restaurant. Not a limited coffee and pastry market. They also need to offer room service. COVID is over. The Hyatt Regency is suppose to be a top tier property!

Elevator madness

Front desk staff was truly amazing and hospitable. Got to the elevators and they weren’t running properly, unfortunately. Hotel staff took us up in service elevator which was very kind. But it took some time to get everyone up in one elevator and it was definitely an inconvenience for us being late to an event. But kudos to the staff for trying to find a solution and do their best to help; they made the best of a bad situation
