Hotel was dated, room had broken screen patio door with a big hole, housekeeping was erratic.....emptied some wastebaskets but not others, hotel computer could not print out our airline boarding passes and no one was around to fix the printer....overall not a good experience and would not stay there again.

The rooms were huge and updated. The room was clean and they came in every day to tidy the room. It would have been nice to have a real couch, the one in the room was small and uncomfortable. The ground and the buildings outside were not as well kept, but certainly not bad. The pools needed some attention, the decks should have been swept more often. The lobby and restaurants were updated and clean. The staff at the restaurant and coffee stand were very nice and attentive.

We had a great experience and have stayed here twice now. Staff is friendly and accommodating and the room was nice with high ceilings and patios and balconies that we had our morning coffee on. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful.

Very noisy. We were put in a conjoining room and could hear everything from the room across from us. Including their crying baby late in the night for both nights we stayed. Heard doors slamming all the time and loud water pipes constantly.
