Newly Renovated, Comfortable & Beautiful Condo Near Fountain in Fountain Hills

This condo is located on East Gunsight Drive in Fountain Hills. I call this a glorified hotel suite with private pool. Perfect for the snow bird or a couple. It has a great view of the mountains and also when the fountain goes off in the center of town.

Recently completely renovated in April 2023 with hardwood floors, remodeled Kitchen, Hallway, and Bathroom. All rooms freshly painted and a very cozy and contemporary feel to it. This is a very nice private condo with one floor, so there are no hiking up and down stairs or stomping feet above.

Next store neighbors do not make much noise, if any, and everyone is super friendly.

Fully Furnished and bedroom mattress recently upgraded to Sleepy's Memory Foam (Medium Firm). All the comforts of home, including a fully outfitted kitchen as well as a nice selection of top of the line towels, pillows and linens. Vizio Smart TV with WatchFREE + as well as fuboTV, which has more channels than local cable. Very easy to use.

This condo is perfect for that winter get away, summer retreat or business travel. There are 3 pool areas in this small complex and the closest pool is just steps away. The pool area has outdoor tables & chairs for your use. The pools are unheated.

Centrally located within 2 blocks of the famous Fountain Plaza. Shopping and dining just minutes away. 2 miles from Desert Canyon Golf Course with many other courses near by. The Ft. McDowell Casino aka We Ko Pa and Scottsdale are less than 10 minutes to fine dining and entertainment. Mayo Clinic is also just a 10 minute drive. Everything we needed and more

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was clean, well maintained and amazingly stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The appliances are new and the bed is very comfortable. Everything worked with ease and the host was available if we had any questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept and parking was available both in an off street carport and on the street. We highly recommend this property.

Condo needed major renovation. No toaster, no can opener, not enough silverware for adults, not enough washcloths. Carpeting quite dirty. Glad to have had a washer and dryer in condo, however washer emptied into the shower through an open pipe in wall! The pictures of the condo were vastly misleading.

Size of unit was good and nice pool area. Carpets vacuumed but lots of stains. Providing a couple pods of coffee for first morning and more towels would be a nice and inexpensive gesture. Location is the best part of this place. Lovely walk around lake and restaurants nearby.

Simple, Beautiful, Quiet and Cozy

As the title says, this apartment is all that. A few things are a bit outdated but personally, I found this place derives a lot of its charm from that. Everything was clean and professional. The owner's responses were quick, cordial and informative. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal - whether simple or elaborate. A few staple condiments would have been a nice plus, but certainly the absence of them was not a big deal. I would totally stay there again!

The condo conditions were misrepresented.

The condo was described as new carpeting. The condition of the carpeting in living and bedroom area was filthy with stains. One of the tiles on the kitchen floor was loose and needed to be grouted. This unsettled tile was unsafe and annoying to move around in the kitchen. The living room blinds were difficult to operate. The kitchen was missing a can opener. I talked with Angelo about the can opener and he said he couldn’t be responsible for missing kitchen items. He knew about the tile in kitchen and it would get fixed later. Very disappointed with dealing with him, his place looks better in photos then in person. I was there 9 days and paid a lot of money for an neglected condo. Don’t recommend staying there.

It was a very convenient location, both to our home in a nearby community and to restaurants. It was the perfect size for the two of us but would have been a little tight if there had been two more. It was furnished with everything we needed for the length of our stay.

Stunning views-Back breaking bed

I gave rental a 4 star.The location and views are a 5+.The rental is furnished and decorated well .We are tech savvy and could not get the TV turned on let alone watch something. The directions on the refrigerator were no help. We stayed 7 days in aug.We were there. to search for a home to buy. We left early and we're running around all day.Being tired we would sit out on the deck look at the fountain .We like to relax and watch a little TV in the evening,being said we had to buy a TV. Carpet was very dirty ,blinds were falling down,some of the silverware was dirty and plates.The bed is horrible 😫! It sinks in the middle horribly! Our backs were sore everyday.
