So helpful and wonderful.

Everyone was helpful! Only part I didn’t like was the bathroom door was a little hard to move but not enough to truly be worried about, I told management and they were so helpful about it! Was there for a birthday celebration and they were able to accommodate our needs. 100% would stay again.

Positive - Wonderful check in by gabriella she was very kind and welcoming. Amazing bartender sherry. Very Clean hotel rooms. European style breakfast. Great location. Only complaint our room had a weird ticking noise kind of like the light switch all night/day. Breakfast staff wasn’t as attentive as night staff.

Check in front desk Mia truly made our stay memorable with a wonderful welcome gift! We came to celebrate my birthday and attention to detail and making it memorable was truly touching. The hotel was clean and spotless and the staff was very warm and welcoming from housekeeping to the bartender sherry and April we really want to come back to Arizona. The hotel is in a good location perfect walking location to local food , museum , easy parking access , and safe area. Highly recommended and great manager !

My stay was great from the very beginning! The gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable and we actually got lucky and got to check in early. Our room was clean which is the first thing I look for. It was very quiet as well. Perfect place to walk to everything! Will be staying again!

The property is beautiful and the staff was super friendly, but when I was checking in there was a male with two females that were wearing black dresses with super high skirts that were talking about party and making money tonight. Then when I left in the morning to go to a meeting there was a male appeared extremely intoxicated passed out on the couch when you first walk in. While I was waiting for my Uber the fire department showed up to look at him. Don’t know how much control they have of this, might just need a security guard there.
