Upon arrival we noted air conditioner was not cold. Very nice Ms. Emily helped reset and it was cold for a minute. She called engineering. We had to leave for an event and when we returned to the room much later noted it was still high 70's. Restless, hot night of sleep. The band was fabulous, all staff great especially Marie, Willie, Griffin.

The room looks fine and clean, but the problem is that I got insect bites with 7-10 bumps on legs when woke up in am and after I left. I checked in around 2-3 pm, stayed just one night without going out except working out in their gym for 45 min and coming back to room. I checked under the bed to see any bed bugs but not seeing any before I checked out. Not sure what was going on, but the itching in leg bumps was really annoying. I do not know if the hotel allows pets in guest room, which could carry lice.

Never will stay again.

Terrible customer service. Staff fighting in public eye. Room was not renovated nicely. Only one pack of coffee. Balcony door broken and open. Fridge broken. Staff very load in hallway fighting frequently. Definitely not worth the money. Truly regretful has my husband and I rarely get out. We are small business owners and have a 2-year old. Very disappointed overall.

I was only in for the night and chose the location for the proximity to Valley Forge. I understand it is a casino and expect higher prices, but when it came to the Revolution Chop House, I was extremely disappointed that the food was below average along with our waiter. The host was very friendly when she greeted us, but after that, the experience went downhill. How you can charge that much and then deliver poor service and food that I would consider average, at-best. Shameful!

Had a good stay overall after moving from another hotel who had lost power. Sandra was super helpful before and after we checked in and even called me back to make sure we were ok. The room was clean except for the used coffee cups, in which they came and replaced within 10 minutes. We also asked for our room to be cleaned the next day and it didn't get cleaned. We didn't get back until late so they couldn't clean the room so we just asked for towels. we waited over 1.5 hours just to get towels since the room wasn't cleaned. Other than that it was a good comfortable stay and the rooms are very spacious.
