Very dirty room

The employees were very nice and friendly front desk, very nice and friendly, but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. You couldn’t walk on the carpets because they were all stained up and felt disgusting. The sofa was stained up. The chairs were ripped and shredded. The bathtub was filthy.

We booked this hotel for a family event nearby. When we arrived, we learned that the earlier reservations clerk, instead of fixing a reservations mixup solved it by giving our reservation to someone else and then charged us for the room leaving us with no room. The reservations person that we dealt with couldn’t have been nicer tried to solve this issue but because we booked through Expedia, it became more complicated. We eventually did get a room, after a hour and not the one we booked. The rooms need updating. The staff was great. Still this experience has soured me on this hotel chain.

Quick trip to PA

Everything from the time of check in to check out. Clean & comfortable rooms. Shower was amazing especially after I had a long day. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be staying in August again.

The room’s layout was perfectly suited for a family traveling, especially the kitchen. However, I was disappointed with the couch and its mattress. It was covered in stains and was quite unpleasant. Despite this, we had to use it because our family members don’t like sharing a bed with others.

Loved my stay here it was awesome the staff overall so friendly any problem I had was taken care of within moments. They are unbelievably kind and they offer a beautiful breakfast. It’s a very nice place to stay.
