If I could give Roost East Market more than five stars, I would. The entire experience was seamless. The apartment and building were so comfortable. The third floor is basically an extension of the apartment and includes common spaces, a kitchen, pool table, fitness center and outdoor pool. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bikes and they were kind enough to give us a late check out. Overall, a wonderful experience. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Philly.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly! The amenities provided were fantastic as well - a very nice gym, pool, and social gathering areas. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed provided. My only complaint would be the noise at night, but that is going to happen in any downtown location. Earplugs are the best solution for any light sleeper such as myself. I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I was in the area!

Well equipped with friendly staff

The ladies on the desk were very welcoming and helpful. When I requested my maid service (once per week) with a young man at the desk, it was arranged immediately and done by the time I returned from lunch, so very efficient! The pool area is lovely, as is the communal lounge. I had a corner unit & it was great! The only thing is the noise- no bars or clubs but a lot of sirens/people yelling can be heard, so bring earplugs! And the dryer seemed to take an ling time. Other than that it’s well equipped, huge fridge, nice bathroom, comfy bed and lots of storage. Walkable to reading terminal and love park etc. Great base to explore the city
