This property has come a long way! Before it became a Holiday Inn, it was in terrible condition. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and the helpfulness of the entire staff. However, I was disappointed to see that such a large property has only two handicapped parking spaces.

This hotel was average. The staff did not stand out. They did not make conversation or seem happy. The room was fine. I feel stating you could see the stadium was a stretch. It was a mile away and you could barely see it from our room. The elevator was slow. The air seemed humid inside.

So close to the Phillies baseball stadium that we could have walked. Instead we made the five-minute drive! The room was comfortable, but the bathroom door was too big for the frame and had to be pushed hard to close. That’s pretty noisy if one person uses the bathroom while the other is trying to sleep.

Ironman Maryland finisher, then prior to Phillies night game was inappropriate $20 fee for 1pm check-in for clean room ready for usage. Another reason why I’m not IHG member! Stay away from room #1201–lack of soundproofing thru adjoining door to right-side unit—heard TV until 11:30pm!

The room was pretty, but the air was humid and the carpet was slightly damp as a result. The chaise had a bit of that damp smell too. I had to keep the air conditioner on to try and improve it. The linens could have been more fresh. But the staff was polite and the hair dryer was powerful, so those parts were good.
