Room flooded with leak through window and staff did not come to help. Late to concert drying up all the water coming into room and no help from hotel staff. Missed parts of concert I paid for expensive tickets, couldn’t experience it all and wasn’t able to sleep the night. I’m still trying to get refund and full amount plus incidental costs still on my bank account. No response from hotel regarding all money lost due to this plus my daughters experience at concert which is priceless.

No one cleaned our room during our stay, but other than that it was a very nice hotel and the room was wonderful. However, not having a microwave in the room was very surprising and the fresh choices in the snack bar weren’t very good. We were there for baseball games, so it fit our needs. I’d definitely stay again.

Check in was delayed, we were there for a concert and although the website said we could check in after 3pm we didn’t get our room until 4:30, this caused delays with plans and getting to the event. Meanwhile they gave rooms to certain people who arrived after us. The restaurant shouldn’t even be referred to as a restaurant it’s so limited. Elevator was very slow the other one didn’t work at all. Many people were there for a concert and they did not seem prepared. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.
