I requested a city view and we didn’t get that. Everything else was nice. Pay $85 for valet is ridiculous. But it was nice that we didn’t have to worry about driving.

I called the desk due to a buzzing noise that would go on and off. They sent a person from engineering. He said it was because I had the air conditioner on? I turned the thermostat up. It was 11:00 at night. The buzzing did not stop. I eventually completely turned it off so I could sleep. Meaning we did not have heat.

The room was dark. Lacked proper lighting. Felt like a cave. We never got the room cleaned completely. The trash wasnt emptied. The heat didnt work even after we complained . We moved to a different room. The heat still didnt work. The staff at breakfast was cranky. Refused to make a latte but used the machine to heat water. Overall i dont recommend. Will never stay there again.

The toilet ran all night, it wouldn’t flush, the key don’t work at first I had to come up and down to find that out. Loud noises in hallway, and the worst park I had to park in a garage and pay $46.00 just for less than 12 hours of being there on top of the room

The first night we stay we were kept up till after 1am. by screaming adults and children. I had to call down the get the staff to do something about it. We also were only given and roll and 1/4 of toilet paper.
