They door card reader wasn't working...had to go to the front desk twice before they figured out the battery needed to be replaced in the door card reader. A car alarm kept going off every ten minutes outside our window. Tried to call the front desk but the in room phone receiver was broken so we had to make frequent trips to the front desk to let them know about the noise. The noise (car alarm) was finally fixed about an hour later.

Breakfast was really good, love the different variety switching per day. Had a bad allergic reaction to the sheets in their bed, something that has never happened before, and the a part of the shower ceiling needed maintenance since it was showing signs of mildew. Overall, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Various utems in the room were broken like curtain rod and toilet paper rod. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Room was never cleaned and we had to go to front deak for freah towels. We were told that cleaning staff did not show up.
