Hotel very clean , our heat wasn’t working sent maintenance crew up right away couldn’t fix so moved our room instantly .

The Staff was fantastic. Most very helpful in all occations. Our thermostat was broken making our room extremly hot but maintenance fixed asap once i made them aware. The breakfast is really overpriced for what is available. and the bar ridiculously overpriced... but thank goodness its in a good location.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean. However, rooms were loud. We could hear the person above of walking. And we could hear a dog yapping nonstop in the morning inside a room. It also sounded like someone slamming suitcases or something. I was irritated because this was morning time. But the hotel is in a great location near lots of restaurants and shops.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The property is very well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. The Ellis Preserve area is very nice with some very nice food options. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was pleasant. It is unfortunate that unless you are a diamond, gold or silver member, you have to pay for water and breakfast. Those items are included at other Hilton that I have stayed at.
