The room was in good condition the staff was friendly but I got in early and tried to check in they would not allow me to check in until after 3 unfortunately it was a long drive for me and I was extremely tired. Next time I will request a early check in

room was in okay condition. bed frames looked cheap, tv stand was a little worn down. The kitchen was nice. no breakfast other than coffee and oatmeal. parking was okay

Old and dirty, check in took forever, breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins and oatmeal packets. I will never stay here again. Staff was friendly.

The staff was ok, the rooms were spacious and for the most part comfortable. Could have used some housekeeping. Blinds were broken. Toilet seat was not made for the toilet type. It was too small. The tv wouldn’t work. We were told to unplug it and try again. No ice machine. Smoking policy was not upheld by other guests. The smell of weed was unbelievable. Complaint given to front desk regarding that.

The bed wasn’t what I thought it would be. The sheets didn’t fit. Before I left I asked house keeping if he could give me clean sheets and make the bed he said that he would. I came back @ 1:00 in the morning my bed wasn’t made and I didn’t have clean sheets. I had to go downstairs and get sheets and make my bed. Also I don’t like that the lights come on by themselves at a certain time. It kept waking me up when they came on. I booked @ the wrong hotel. I thought I was booking with Springhill Suites.
