The room was like a dorm room with cot like elevated bed. The first impreseeion of the room was that it smelled like cat pee. Breakfast was a make your instant oatmeal and grab a pre wrapped muffin. I would not recommend this place unless there is absoluetly no where else to go.

Only reason I gave 2 star is because of only one staff, gentalman, who seems to have some customer service experience. Everything and every onther staff made it feel I was at some sleazy motel

We had never stayed at one of these places. But, it was a last-minute trip and Expedia made it look nice. The lobby was clean and bright and we had high hopes. First the 2 positive things. The spartan beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The morning coffee was good. The hotel description on the Internet said, "hot breakfast". Not so. The "hot breakfast" consisted of oatmeal packs that needed to be microwaved in order to be edible. There were no bowls or spoons to accomplish that. There were packaged muffins and bars which were not a "hot breakfast". As for the room, my wife spilled some water on the floor and when she wiped it up, the towel came up black. The shower leaked and shot water at the wall above the bath liner. There was nothing that we could do about it except to report the leak and the extensive mold that was on the painted wall above the shower lining. For $150, I'd say that we got screwed. I'll never stay at one of these again and I'll bad mouth it to anyone who mentions them to me.

Room was clean, my only complaints are that there were no utensils or drinkware in my room…that’s part of the deal when you stay at an Extended Stay. Also, the TV didn’t work consistently during my stay, there were two remotes so that tells me it’s probably a known problem.

The highlight was the staff. Everyone was frindly and went out of their way to hold doors open, etc. They were out of some items on the breakfast bar, and the staff happily went to get more items. With that being said, the room was not very clean. The microwave had stuff all caked up underneath. I used a towel to wipe something down. it was gross. The outside didn't look much better. It almost looked melted or something. The toilet had stale pee on the back. The blind was covered with different smudges, fingerprints, and dirt. The floor wasn't totally clean either. There was a weird smell in the hallway. Nothing too terrible or obnoxious though. You can hear all of the noise form the turnpike 24/7. On the flipside of that, it helped create a white noise and helped me fall asleep. Beds are cheap, and the matresses aren't covered. It has a mattress pad that lays on the top and a fitted sheet only. There were no plates, paper towels, silverware, or cups. When we were leaving, there was a little table tent that was on the floor that noted if you wanted those items, you could ask the front desk. Oh well. Overall, you get what you pay for. it is a value hotel that has a fridge, stove, and microwave. It serves its purpose for a place to stay warm and sleep. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location is convenient to a lot of places.

Good for the price. We showed up at 2:30 to check in and the guy would not let us check in until the written time of 3 PM. I’ve never been to a hotel that they would not let you in a half an hour early. It’s not like he said your room is not ready. He just said check in and it is not until 3 PM.

It was just ok. People were arguing my first night in the hallway for about 30 mins. The second night, there was smoke on the first floor and the fire department had to come. My nights were not peaceful.
