Positives: Inexpensive overnight stay, within close walking distance to Market Hall when the winter weather forecast was going to be questionable for us to drive home after concert. Location is close to many dinner options with guest parking available nearby which is free on weekends. Front desk welcoming on arrival and checkout was easy -- just hoping our pending $200 deposit on my credit card is removed in next couple days. Negatives: This Inn is tired/dated but suited our needs just fine for the price. Continental breakfast was suffice but they ran out of coffee in the big urn at 9am (made more when asked) and no yogurt available either (and there was no more available when asked). In-wall heating system in room did not put out any heat when turned on -- cold air only. Only heat source was from fireplace on other side of room that we had to keep on all night to be comfortable -- The room was 62 degrees when we arrived. Overall: Nothing special but price was reasonable.

It was very cozy, comfortable stay, everything was clean and set up nicely, everybody was friendly and made it easy to navigate my first hotel stay, only complaints was that our ceiling light didnt work, but there qere plenty of lamps for light anyways, good stay for the cost and well worth it. Thank you to the staff for a good weekend

Not the best stay…

Keycard issues were difficult at first and took 3 attempts (back and forth from 4th floor to lobby). Room was cold and heater did not produce heat. Used fireplace and added extra blanket for comfort. Bathroom was unclean: hair on the shower wall, sink and toilet appeared watermarked and dirty.

Great location but the hotel is in need of renovations. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the mini fridge hummed all night. Wasn’t a good night sleep l.

The bathtub with jets was amazing. The room had a strong smell of flower perfume that was pretty overpowering. Staff was very friendly. There’s a bit of a walk to where you park your car but it’s not too bad.

Great location and great value

The palce is ina a great location, the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious with many amenities and clean. There are some maintenance items though. The blinds we broken, the television had no reception and I had to reconnect the cable box. The key cards were a bit glitchy but I got by. The breakfast offerings met expectations but not fancy. Very good value overall but they should keep on top of the upkeep.

It was not at the address. Calls to the number of the hotel at an 833 code would not recognize my reservation, including the number! Looking for directions. Told to wait to connect to the actual site, but could be long! Too long !!! Minutes in a dark unknown area! Had to bail to another site! Help me understand what happened here! ASAP, If I ever trust ExPedia again. A SCAM?
