The property is lovely, lots to do for kids. The staff were very friendly however the restaurant staff lacked basic initiative to offer water, remember drinks orders before the food came out or clear table. We cleared the table ourselves and also got our own water at times. In the morning, i had to walk all the way into the restaurant to find a staff member i could order a takeaway coffee from.
The beds in the rooms are absolutely horrible. Across 3 rooms, every one of us agreed the beds were stiff and hard and the pillows left us with sore necks. Other than that, the rooms are basic, which us fine. But if youre going to supply a nespresso coffee machine...at least supply the milk frother and a decent amount of milk, or a microwave to actually warm it up once you put the cold milk in. Lastly i found it inconvenient to have to wait 5 business days for my bond money too be returned. Transfers are instant, nobody is going to be thrilled aboit having to wait a week for their money back. All in all, would i stay here again...unlikely.
