The staff was helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. When I made a request they handled it right away. What I didn’t like was that the sofa bed was unbearably uncomfortable. The worst sleep I’ve ever had and I don’t feel the room for three nights was worth over $1000 with tax. The couch cushions and seat backs are so stained and it makes you wonder what type of fluid made those stains. Very gross. I was sharing the room with someone with disabilities and they slept in the bedroom and I on the sofa bed. As I said, worst sleep ever, and I can’t understand why they wouldn’t spend a bit on cleaning furniture. If you’re charging that much a night surely you can pay a bit for cleaning. Despite these things, the staff was great and I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend this place because maybe it was just our room that had dirty furniture and a lumpy springy uncomfortable bed.

There is at least. 2 inch gap between the door and floor. There is nothing stopping a critter from coming in and you would freeze in winter as snow would be able to come in. Disappointing considering the price I paid.

We stayed in the lower renovated lake view suite, great space for 3 kids and 3 adults. We were able to use the hotels barbecue in our patio space, along with hotel pool. Great location to walk across the beach, restaurants, parks and loco landing adventure park for kids!

Took my granddaughter for a little getaway. This hotel was absolutely perfect. She had her own bunkbed her own bathroom super clean right across from the lake absolutely perfect vacation spot and you felt like you were on a holiday. Would definitely return to Shoreline resort
