Everything was great. The check-in was wonderful except that when I took a shower this morning curtain rod came off and hit me in my head, but then also there was two cockroaches that came out of the hole which is sort of gross but otherwise no complaints. Very clean you get what you paid for.

The new breakfast at Ricky's is great. I'm here once a month for work and staff are great, the rooms are clean, never have any complaints.

Rooms were tiny, bathroom sliding door right by the bed that didn’t lock, tv volume didn’t work, auromatic front doors that stopped half way making you slam into them

The manager went above and beyond. I had booked my room for the wrong night and he fixed it for me. Their key card thing wasnt working and so they were helping customers with that too. Excellent stay! The room was quiet and clean

The room was clean when I arrived and cleaned every 3 days as I was doing a longer stay. The Shark Pub and Billiards was nice to have downstairs as well as a liquor store, KFC, and Boston Pizza nearby. The hotel staff was helpful in finding lost packages sent to the hotel. Food was ok each day would have different options though some days wouldn’t have a meat option. The bed was comfortable and overall good for work trips.

Bathroom not clean, still had someone’s bobby pins on counter and floor as well… tv didn’t work, pop and ice machines were broken… very poor/no breakfast selection for those with lactose or gluten intolerance..a wrap, hash browns, French toast and cereal were only options…so as I can’t have egg was limited to hashbrowns only no proteins like sausage or egg or bacon… when tell front desk of any issues they brush you off, and in another room my daughter was staying in had bed bugs and needed to transfer rooms… I will never stay here again even if it’s free I’d rather sleep on the street

The room was absolutely disgusting. The area around the bottom of the toilet was full of pee and pubic hair. If it wasn’t so late at night and every hotel not booked up. I would have left!
