The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. The room was functional with a king sized bed and a clean functional bathroom. There was a nice lobby where you can sit and enjoy free coffee. The location was excellent near the St. Lazarre train station where you could catch several metros and buses. Also, you are within easy walking distance to attractions from the Moulin Rouge to the Opera house. There are also very many restaurants, pubs, bakeries and shopping establishments in the area. The small issues I had was that the fitness room had very little equipment and the whirlpool had to be reserved in advance. Normally I use these facilities but this trip I was too busy seeing Paris.
It’s a bit dated. You would see it in the corridors, elevators etc. TVs are way too old, you can’t watch Netflix or YouTube on it. It only connecte to a few French channels.
The hotel is quiet, laid back and unique in each room's decor. They staff was readily available to meet and exceed any requests we made. I loved thatnit seemed centrally located to sitesnand shoppimg. Meriem was such a great manager. I appreciated her smile and helofulness. All the staff were heloful and kind. I hope to visit Paris again and will definitely choose to stay here
