We switch hotels halfway through our stay to have a different (part French / part American) experience while in Paris. The staff was exceptional — from the front desk to the bar attendant to the Executive Lounge staff where the breakfast was great every morning…just like the other reviews said. The only reason our stay didn’t get a perfect 5-star rating is because we had a Heating/AC adjustment issue and the best they could do for us was to bring in a fan, which worked but wasn’t ideal.

Excellent staff, super helpful and very responsive! The hotel is overall a nice place but with some clear shortcomings some of which might not be a problem for everyone. 1. The heater in my room didn’t work properly for a day and someone had to fix it even after which it wasn’t exactly the best 2. Location is far from everything and the neighborhood is quite secluded but works well if that’s what you’re looking for. RER is a ten minute walk 3. The bathroom has a sink and tub in one room and a very small cupboard like room has the commode separately, if you’re claustrophobic this is not suitable for you. Also I think it’s good hygiene to have a sink and commode in one place. 4. The breakfast place has low capacity so you may have to wait in long lines if you reach towards the far end of the breakfast timings.

Rooms were clean and comfortable as you’d expect a Marriott to be. Shower set up however could have been better thought out. Half walls vs full door - If you didn’t stand just right, water would go all over the floor outside the shower

Everything was good with the property & room. Excellent Breakfast. Rare find in France. A few things about the room: Seems just the fan was operating, neither the air conditioning nor the heat. Also, the room lacked a disposable slipper and a robe, which are standard for 4-star hotels.

I can’t say much considering i had only spent one night here.. however, the one night being spent was amazing! Very accommodating, me and my husband stood at the bar downstairs for about an hour and the bartender was super nice. When we got upstairs to the room it was extremely clean.. bathroom was very modern and overall i just felt relaxed. Beds are amazing! I’m not too familiar with the area I didn’t go walking around very much but I will say upon arrival I felt very safe walking in and felt taken care of.. I would definitely stay here again. (The receptionist also mentioned the rooms are recently renovated!)
