Hotel was absolutely magnificent from the stained glass dome designed by Eiffel to one of the oldest operating elevators in Paris to the beautiful decor- all fabulous. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Restaurant was the best food we had in Paris. Very highly recommend it.

All aspects of the hotel were good except for the front desk staffs who were mostly inattentive and cold! I visited Paris every year for the last 10 years and had stayed in different hotels in this area and always got warm welcome and happy front desk staffs except M Social!

Property was clean and bright , comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Didn’t like having to get down on the floor to reach the safe or the kettle plug didn't each the wall so had to move from safety or the table to the floor . Breakfast was good , but often had to ask for items to be refreshed

The property is well located with great access to all types of transportation. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious, clean and very quiet, breakfast buffet was great and very easy to get most places. Highly recommend!
