We had a room with a balcony. Exterior renovations resulted in a view of the scaffolding in place of the street below.

The front desk people were wonderful. Room was clean, air conditioning worked perfectly. Shower and bed very good. We were disappointed that our espresso machine didn’t work but the people at the front desk were great to make us our morning coffee. We would have also liked our refrigerator to work but it didn’t.

Tess was just wonderful from the moment she checked me in to the moment she handed me my boarding pass. Kooba in housekeeping was so so sweet when I asked for more coffee pods and bottle of Evian water. 3 min from Madeleine metro station and 5 min from Hermes on Saint Honore and also close to Palais Garnier. Just wonderful

The property was perfect for our overnight stay. We were pleasantly surprised that our "room" was on two levels. Our son got a kick out of having his own room.

Definitely Not a 4 stars hotel

Very small rooms! Shower is messy with water splashing everywhere. Coffee cups not washed properly, previous guest lipstick mark was found on my room coffee cup. I would say a 3 stars hotel definitely not 4 stars.

Good central location but still requires lots of walking to see everything. Convenient midday check out and we were offered space to leave luggage and a taxi was arranged to collect us later in the day. Would recommend.
