Not like the pictures, the only good thing about this motel it's the location. You have to return the room key every time you go out, tv remote didn't work, no cafetería or restaurant inside

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was at a convenient location. The hotel is very old, the rooms are very small and needs remodel very bad. The staircase were dark and rundown.

This hotel is in a great location within the walking distance to famous landmarks and metro right by the entrance. If you are planning on staying there you do need to specify what kind of room you would like to have because some of them do not have any city views.

Flooded room ..water damage my professional camara, clothes,got sick from frozen dirty water on myfeet. Manager/ Owner never showed up to see ...never in the hotel . Lobby workers put the reports of all happenings...changed to another room.

The room was clean but did not have a kettle or any tea/coffee facilities in the room. The air conditioning remote control was unavailable on the first night, until mentioned at reception. No lift facilities so it was difficult to carry the heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

One night solo stay

I stayed there for one night. They have a luggage storage facility, which was very convenient for me as I arrived well ahead of the regular check-in time. The best thing about the place is the location - right beside the train station and 5 5-minute walk from Arc de triumph. I loved it. I had business in Lyon, so I stayed there for one night to explore some popular attractions in pairs. I believe if you are traveling solo and looking for an affordable accommodation, this place is perfect for a few night stay. The rooms were clean and perfect for one person.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended This is a family-run hotel, but unfortunately, the service and professionalism were well below expectations. 1. Upon checkout, the owner—a rather rude older Asian man—accused me of attempting to leave with the room key and raised his voice at me in a very inappropriate manner. There is no in-room safe, so guests are expected to leave their valuables with the staff, which raises concerns about security. When I politely asked for his name, he refused to provide it. The interaction was deeply unpleasant and unprofessional. 2. Housekeeping appears to be available only between 9am and 10am. After that, we were given low-quality, visibly unclean towels. The following day, the room was barely cleaned—the bed was left as we had left it—though the towels were replaced. Additionally, the website fails to mention that the property has no lift. After midnight, the reception area is poorly lit, and we had to use our phone’s flashlight to navigate safely. While it may be a family business, that’s no excuse for the lack of basic hospitality standards. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.
