We enjoyed our stay we were close to everything and everything was walkable access . The only problem was the internet not working on this block when I booked the hotel it said free WiFi but we got told there’s no WiFi on this street.. the rooms are pretty small but everything else was fine .

Mold smells in the room. Bugs everywhere. Door wasn't locking properly. I had to put a lot of efforts to lock it. Cellular network within the room was non existent. To make the matter worse the WiFi wasn't working

I do not recommend at all.

The front desk lady was so so rude and was not helpful at all. Don’t waste your money at this motel. No wifi here and it is very dirty. Old and not taken care of.

The property is on the older side but location is great!. Walking distance to the Tour Eiffel and close to metro ( subway) and bus stops. Super easy ride to other places like Notre Dame and the Louvre. The room was small and dated. Painting peeling in the bathroom tiles and needed a good deep cleaning, but was good enough for a few days and had air conditioning, apparently a rare commodity in Paris ( believe me you need AC even if it is mild outside. Rooms in buildings will get hot otherwise. Breakfast was a blunder. We had breakfast there on our last day for convenience, since we were leaving to the airport early, it is best described as continental, but by the time we got to it there was little left over, just a few pastries and some bread and coffee. There was an orange juice machine but no oranges. For 15 euros per person it was a rip off. There is a cafe just around the corner that is way better for breakfast.

This hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the metro, the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Rue Cler, and many restaurants/cafes! The staff was nice and was always available to help when I had a question (English Speaking). The room was quiet and comfortable- basic- but when you are exploring a wonderful city, basic is all you need! The room matched the photos very well. As a solo traveler, the street that it was on (and the surrounding area) was not very well lit and did not support staying out late. Be mindful that this hotel does not have an elevator. I was impressed with the survey from the hotel sent ahead of time to ask about me as an individual but perplexed because none of the information I gave seemed to present itself in my stay.

Please give an option for a zero star and if possible take this hotel off Expedia. It’s not even a motel and a big safety issue for anyone staying. I booked it for four days, I checked in and checked out in an hour. Safety issue, gave me a room on fourth floor with no elevators and stairs are shaky and old and very narrow and fourth floor is very high. Room two people can’t even move, I didn’t even fit in the shower. Very dirty and stairs are very dangerous. I know the price I paid was less but this is the worst like I wouldn’t have minded if two of us could at least fit in the room. And the stairs are so dangerous you can’t even walk yourself forget about carrying the luggage. I checked out in one hour.

I was charged extra at the property without any proper explanation. I was supposed to pay 287€ but charged 311€ instead. The rooms were very small and the AC was extremely noisy. There was a liquor store nearby that was open after midnight, hence the street was also extremely noisy all night. Overall, not worth the money. There are many hotels like this available in the area at half the price.

This hotel was in a great location. Easy walk to the train station and Paris Landmarks. There was a Starbucks around the corner and a few blocks away was an area that had a beautiful area for shopping and eating. Just search Aldis and it will lead you there which was also a great place to get cheap water and snacks. Downside: no lift and the stairs are tiny and narrow. Shower is only 2x2 and we had to navigate the shower head not to spill on the floor while getting in.
