As I entered, I was greeted by a really friendly staff, she helped me store my luggage until the check-in time as I arrived earlier. I was surprised by the compactness of the hotel, the elevator able to carry 1 person with 2 big luggage bags. When I got to the room, I found out the AC doesn't work, the reception staff told us they haven't turned on the cooling on the AC for some reason, it was weird for me, as the AC should always be on, and in the customer's control to use for both cooling and heating purpose. The night before checking out, the staff told us, they can book a cab for us to the airport for 60 Euros, as the drivers they know, have a 'Special permit' for less crowded roads after the Olympics games, we agreed, which we shouldn't have. The cab picked us up and then charged us 74 Euros, total ripoff. And the cab took the road which Google maps suggested us, so, no special route. The AC cooling not working, and the overly expensive cab ride, were the complaints we had. To new customers booking this hotel, please call ahead and confirm the AC issue before booking.

Sari was a wonderful help to us! His friendliness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. Truly a service oriented person! Upon arrival to our room we had welcome letter waiting to greet us after a long day of travel. What a nice touch! The room was comfortable and clean The location to the Louvre Museum was really nice too! Would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Paris!

I stayed two nights recently. Location is pretty good, very close to the Louvre. They gave me a great room with the window facing the street. Decent size. Very restful. Some nice shops in the area, close enough to convenience stores. Staff was very pleasant. Would recommend for solo travelers like myself.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location. My room was very nice, comfortable bed, desk, coffee machine, large bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely consider for my next visit.

Nice boutique hotel. Great location near the Louvre museum and many restaurants and metro. Also, there is a gym nearby with day passes. Room was very nice with huge bathroom and lots of outlets. Elevator was small but worked great. Breakfast downstairs was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I get it. Picking a hotel is Paris is challenging. The Hotel Louvre Saint Honore deserves your consideration. My partner and I spent a week in Paris and faced some serious analysis paralysis. We settled on HLSH and were very happy with the choice. Every interaction with the staff was warm and enthusiastic. The location puts you close to a lot of major tourist attractions. You are steps from the metro line that runs along the right side of the Seine. Which you can use to jump to other lines. It is ten minutes from the light rail line to runs to the airport at Les Halles Chatelet station. There are a lot of things right out the front door. The toiletries in the room were very good. Worth considering for your trip.

I give this property 2 stars for its location and friendly staff. However, this in no way is a 4 star hotel. Upon arrival, we were met with a broken air conditioning system and had to sleep with a fan and the windows open. Although we stayed in mid-May and the nighttime temperatures were mild, that was not the case during the day. Plus, the sunlight and noise from the street did not make for a restful night sleep after a long international flight. The next day we were moved to another room. The rooms size, although large, had dirty rugs. The bathrooms shower and sink did not drain properly causing water to pool while showering. Light in bathroom broken on one side. Also, on the last two days, the elevator was broken requiring one to use the stairs. I would not recommend this hotel! There are many more hotels in the area worth the 4 star rating and the high price, and this isn’t one of them.

Our flight was cancelled, and we had no way of getting to Paris to make our reservation. We contacted the property, hoping for some understanding and flexibility, as this was a situation completely out of our control. Unfortunately, they stopped responding to our messages. When my husband called, they said they would speak to management and get back to us shortly—but we never heard from them again. Three days later, they charged us in full without providing a receipt or any prior warning. While I understand that policies are in place, we were hoping for a bit more empathy and perhaps an exception in the form of a credit or refund. Just a word of caution: if your flight is cancelled or you experience any disruptions to your trip, don’t count on flexibility from this property.

The hotel was located very close to the Louvre and several metro stations, making it extremely easy to get everywhere. Cons: There was no ac in the room. I wish I would've known this before booking. When you look at Expedia it says that it does. The room was not comfortable to sleep in. The elevator was extremely slow and took so long.

On April 1, I left the hotel and the desk Manger informed me that after taxes ,they will d[poste around 100 Euro in my chase account ad I have not received the mony.. very disappointed, `

Although the rooms were quite small they were neatly appointed and had everything we needed. The location is amazing so close to the Louvre and endless dining and shopping. Nice central point to many other attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great trip!
