This hotel was right in the middle of town. Near the Opera, Galleries Lafayette, metro and shipping. Very happy with my selection. Couple of areas of opportunity.. clean the shower, some mold, the AC sucks, luckily I had a small fan and sleep with the windows open, but that attracts knats. The room was tiny.. not a big deal. But if you are larger in size, good luck with the shower. You do have to walk up about 30 stairs to the lobby. There is a 2pp elevator.. it's cute. I would stay there again because I know what to expect.

I don’t normally give reviews. But listen up people this hotel sucks. Firstly, you have to carry your own luggage up the equivalent of two stories because there’s no lift from the street level to reception. A gentleman that was on duty when we arrived was wonderful and offered to help. The idiot that was sitting there when I left outright refused outright to help me carry my luggage down the stairs. He sat behind the desk and literally told me to do it myself or to ask my cab driver to help. Refused to give me his name so I can report him. If this wasn’t enough during our stay there, we woke up to a flooded bathroom. I mean, not just Water . There was somebody else’s poop all over the bathroom floor. The hotels first reaction was to blame our use of toilet paper. When I told him we had not done such a thing he found it difficult to believe.. later it was found that the entire floor had been blocked and because our room led to the hub we were the unfortunate ones to actually have to fish our suitcases out of sewage water. We were put into another dirty hotel room while we waited for a new room, which wasn’t gonna be ready for a few hours. Needless to say we were not happy. Do you think the hotel offered us a discount? Nope!! Once they realized the problem had not stemmed from our room we were offered free breakfast. No thanks. All in all, we were very disappointed with this hotel and the staff. I shall be filing a formal complaint to Expedia also.

Cute hotel. Front desk staff super nice. Hotel room is very cold as the heater does not work well. Bathroom amenities not the best. Breakfast was mediocre at best. If you want cheap and no frills this is for you. Location was very good at least. Not really a three star more like a 2 star.

Family of 4 Vacation to Paris

Wonderful boutique style hotel right in the middle of the Opera area. Close to the different metro lines and also lots of shopping. Walking distance to the Lourves or you can take the metro. We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and they gave us two rooms that were adjoining each other. Their morning breakfast was great and had a good selection and variety. Can't beat 14Euro for a breakfast buffet. Highly recommend to add it on with your stay. They offered it for 12 Euro when I checked in, but I didn't take it. Wish I did.

The staff were lovely and the room very clean. Great location, close to the Opera House and La Fayette for shopping. I would say the 20 something stairs as you enter the property could be a problem with heavy luggage if you have any knee issues and the lack of a proper shower in our room (big bath, but just a hand held shower head) was something I had not encountered before. I could not fault the service we received from the Manager or any of the staff they were all so helpful. I would stay here again.

Muy pequeña la habitación , no tiene ducha solo bañadera alta y se moja todo el piso bañándose, una persona mayor no puede usarla muy peligroso, para subir al lobby hay que subir muchas escaleras y para llegar allá no hay elevador muy incómodo
