Great hotel, very impressed. Lovely and clean, quiet room, comfy bed, decent shower (warm though not very powerful), good location near metro and buses. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks a lovely unexpected bonus. Would definitely book again

I didn’t like that not all the hallway/elevator lights were working. The morning/midday staff were way friendlier than the nighttime staff. Housekeeping doesn’t announce themselves and ignore the sleeping sign on the door, so I felt my privacy was constantly compromised. My TV didn’t work, but I’m on vacation so I didn’t care. Room/property was very clean.

I liked that the staff was so friendly and helpful. The area was very convenient to downtown Paris, plenty of restaurants and shops. The room was small but comfortable and clean.

So this is a three star hotel and I would give 4 stars to this hotel. The check in was excellent - fun and quick but interactions with other members of staff felt a little like we were in the way. The rooms were clean but we had issues with the room cards and some power points didn’t work - we had two rooms side by side and one room worked fine but the other had problems. I can’t fault the amount of snacks provided each day from 2pm 2am and the location was a 13 min walk to Galleries Lafayette, the Palais opera Granier and just down the road from the Moulin Rouge. There are great restaurants near by which have been included in the Mitchelin Guide. It’s a convenient hotel at a good price

We really enjoyed our stay. They go above and beyond on the snacks available all day until 2am and there are lots of options and no restrictions on how much. Breakfast has really good options. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming.

The receptionist provided exceptional assistance to us. The hotel is conveniently located for our visit to the Moulin Rouge. Although the room is on the smaller side, it is clean and suitable for our needs. The bathroom, while lacking ventilation, is well-maintained with plenty of towels and a secure, comfortable bed. The hotel's unique decor adds to its charm and has garnered it a reputation. The complimentary buffet, offering tea, coffee, soft drinks, and mini cakes, is a nice touch. We will certainly consider staying at this hotel again, thanks to its welcoming service and efficient receptionist.
